  Horrible this has to be another 1 of my worst experiences dealing with The UPS Store and to make it even worse this is the owner of the location giving me the worst experience ever since I've only encountered problems at 1 other UPS location ever! I will be calling corporate about this because I've never been in a worse transaction as I just experienced today!! Update this owner of the location has restricted my package which is absolutely frustrating my daughter has a school project and now might not be able to complete the assignment which mind you she attends a private school in NYC which I pay a lot of money for!! I now have to travel back to this location to retrieve my package because this dumb owner has it in her mind that she can just hold my package which was paid with 2 days shipping this is such a big inconvenience!
