    I’ve never had a problem at any UPS store before, but this place was TERRIBLE! Really rude customer service agent, a short older bleached blonde, that made an Amazon return insanely difficult. I had to quickly stop by as it was on the way back from the military hospital going to get my dad’s meds from his chemo and really wish I would have went up the road to the other one as they have good service there. Someone needs to send trainers here to retrain the agents here.
