  Ordered through doordash hours before delivery time. Subway let's me know they are canceling the order only 45 minutes before delivery time. They had all day to let me know, had to rush around and get food for 10 people at the last minute. They did this twice. Why wait until almost delivery time to cancel??

  Worst customer service, sloppy sandwiches, and was inside store for 5 min before someone finally came from the back....... tired of paying for food when people who work at the stores don't give a shit.. never going back

  If you buy a 12" wrap online, when you go to pick it up it's only going to be 6", in which they've supposedly packed a 12" wrap worth of meat into. What about the other 6" worth of veggies, cheese, condiments, & tortilla I paid for? What if I ordered a 6" wrap? Would I have received a 3" instead? No sense arguing it at the Subway on 8187 W Fairfield Dr, Pensacola, FL 32506. No sense going there ever again either.
