DoorDash customer here. The utter disappointment I just experienced: receiving a half a bowl of soggy lettuce, two missing bags of chips, and a missing 6-pack of cookies, no fork for the crap salad, no napkins, no nothing. .$42 bucks for a sandwich and Gatorade. When I called Subway, they said, "Well, your DoorDash driver signed off on it, sooooo....." ok so for future reference, Subway doesn't care if they sell DoorDash customers a bad product or forget half the order. Its not their problem. Subway believes they can provide subpar products and only half of what was paid for, and that's just okay. The customer is just SOL so do not order from Subway. Got the message. The future is moving us towards a "delivery only" customer base, and Subway wants to not be a reliable service provider. Good to know.
