If I could give zero stars I would. I accidentally placed an order at this Subway with intentions to place an order at a different Subway®. I called the restaurant to see if they could cancel my order and the employee that picked up the phone was very rude and all she said was she didn’t know how to cancel my order and that I would have to do it through the app. I made attempts to cancel my order through the app and it was not an option that I could so I googled it and it said that the order could only be canceled by calling the store. So I attempted to call this location again to possibly speak to a manager that might know how to cancel my order. However, my phone number was blocked. I know it was my mistake from the GetGo. However, I just wanted my money back since I was not going to be picking up a sandwich from this location.
