I want to give credit where it’s due because the gentleman working tonight was incredibly kind and helpful. He was polite, professional, and made my daughter’s food with a great attitude. He was the only positive part of this experience.
Unfortunately, the two women working were extremely rude and had terrible attitudes. One was a larger woman and the other had purple hair. If the drive-thru was closed, the sign should have been turned off. The drive-thru sign was clearly on, so I sat there waiting before realizing no one was going to help me.
I’m currently handicapped and have difficulty getting around, so I had to park and literally hop inside to ask whether the drive-thru was closed. Instead of simply explaining the situation, the two women responded with attitude and were visibly annoyed. They stood there with sour expressions while the gentleman was the only one actually being kind and helpful.
If the drive-thru is closed, that’s completely understandable — but turn the sign off and communicate it respectfully. Customers shouldn’t have to sit in the drive-thru, figure out what’s going on themselves, and then struggle inside just to be met with an attitude.
Shoutout to the gentleman working tonight for being genuinely kind. Unfortunately, the customer service from the two women really ruined the experience.
