  Terrible place I order sandwich in the app not realize it’s on base .. thought took me the subway I usually go to but no the order was there. Never received my sandwich I paid 12 dollars for.. wouldn’t let me in get my sandwich . Trying contact them the number says it not available. Even went to other subways to try get number nobody would help me . They said they don’t know how to contact there store or a main office.. so I got rob out my money , no refund , no sandwich

  Today, Wednesday March 18th 2026, my husband and I tried getting sandwiches 7 minutes before closing time which is at 17:00 AKA 5 PM. We had just walked over from Corry Village and since we had our toddler and dog, I waited outside with our dog. The two women who helped my husband with the order were extremely rude and told my husband he could only get one sandwich after he had already started our order. He asked why as they weren’t closed yet- they didn’t give him an explanation. Then when he asked for it to be toasted, they told him they weren’t going to toast it because they said they had already turned off the oven. Mind you, people had been there getting their orders just minutes before… needless to say, the experience was awful and rude. The other sandwiches were for my husband and my son. I cannot believe that Subway employees will treat military families like this simply because they are so eager to get off as soon as the doors close. We have never experienced such rude behavior and service from an on base staff before.

  Subway is a convenient option when I want something quick, but the experience can be a little inconsistent. Overall, it’s an okay spot for a simple meal.
