  Good food, not so good service. If you go at night, expect to wait a long while. Even if you put in for a pick up order. They never check the drive thru during a rush, forced to sit at the intercom or window until they finish the ppl inside. Very rude when you do wait and have no curiosity. no multitasking whatsoever. I will not be back.

  Found this Subway while leaving the Veteran's Administration in Pensacola on my way back to Panama City Beach. The restaurant looked like a dive from the outside, like it really shouldn't be there as it wasn't clean around the building and panhandelers were seen on the street corner. But once I walked in, everything was bright and shiny, no dirt anywhere. Bathrooms were clean. I was greeted by the server when I entered; They were happy to see me. I ordered a ham sandwich and the toppings were very good, they looked very fresh. On my way out the staff said. Have a great day!

  The bread is as small as a hotdog bun and tough. They left off the cheese and when I called them about it they wanted me to bring the sandwich back in so they could see it. Then said if the bread was toasted the cheese melted into the bread (which is bs). Melted cheese on bread is still very visible. Instead of arguing with me, I should have gotten a voucher for a free sandwich. I'll try a different sub sandwich shop.

  I'm from a place where food is a way of life and I didn't expect much from subway especially in Pensacola. Sally and Tisa made our sandwiches so 🔥. Like I'm serious my sandwich gave me that taste I miss that hit you hard. Not like the regular subs but it was excellent. I will definitely be back.
