So I’m highly allergic to something in tortillas and I simply asked could I get a bowl with just the meat and rest of ingredients inside the tortillas nothing more nothing less the girl staff laughed in my face caught a attitude tried to charge me five more dollars for something I ain’t want never going back again simple hey I’ll get in trouble for inventory would have simply been adequate she ain’t wash her hands did or anything just thought gloves was ok you touch dirty things then put gloves on their still dirty never going there again

My wife and I recently relocated here to Pensacola, and we really enjoy subway. However the store number is 3174-0. I ordered online when you had the boho. And btw I’ve visited store#3174-0 many times. Usually a good experience. When I ordered in ya’ll’s app, o happened to hit the wrong location. I realized the error and asked if they could help me out because I have to walk and the other one I mistakenly clicked was over 2 miles away. The “Clerk” refused to help me. He called the store manager and he was extremely rude. I even offered to pay and they said “ we can’t help you. “ ‘this was the worst experience I’ve EVER HAD. The place is messy the staff complain about the management in front of customers. They are rude and arrogant. They wouldn’t even offer to help! The absolute WORST!! If I could give you a negative number I would. I have never been so humiliated and discarded like a piece of trash. Is this what to expect from Subway corporate stores. If so I’ll stop ordering and sending people to your place!!
Horrible experience with the employee named Rachel. She talks to you like you she hates the world and doesn't want to work. I have never experienced such attitude from any of their employees in the past years that I've been purchasing from this subway location. She needs an attitude check or maybe she needs to find a job where she will actually be respectful to people.
I’m really not a subway kind of guy any longer, with that said the sandwich & the service were both great. I was only there to use a $5.00 gift card I’d received. This store I would visit again should I find myself in the area as it was spotless, very friendly & my sandwich was excellent!

First interaction, the manager was very short with me. Then stormed to the back when I said I wasn't ready to order yet.
The other person was as pleasant as could be but did seem stressed in the atmosphere.
She made my sandwich perfectly & it tasted great.
I may be back but if there's another option, I'm taking it over this location.
