  Ordered our food online, tried to go through the drive thru and got no response. Pulled around to the window and there was a rack in front of it. Went around to the front and went inside and the woman didn’t acknowledge us, then when we indicated we were there for an order she was very rude. Very poor customer service.

  Placed the order fifteen minutes ahead of time and got a notification that my food was ready. Whenever I arrived I tried going through the drive through but no one answered. There was a worker sitting in the lobby doing nothing. I go inside and asked for my order and found out it wasnt even ready. Then whenever she made the order she messed up.

  The drive-through speaker didn’t work too well but they let me get a kids meal and they let me add all the stuff to it that I wanted. i’m very grateful because I’m getting over a stomach bug and cannot eat more than a kids meal. I really can’t even eat a kids meal right now. The drive-through does stink pretty bad badly, but I’ve noticed that at most drive-through’s.
