I had a great meal here. Unfortunately staff was only one person at lunch time, they could use some help. Despite this, the lady was still polite and a good listener. She made an excellent sandwich exactly the way I liked it.

Whoever answered the phone when I called just kept answering with hello which was hilarious. Parking lot is questionable, but the sandwich is good. I accidentally ordered here and it was 15 minutes away, but surprisingly not that soggy.

I ordered the Sub of the Day and asked for the protein to be removed. The sandwich was then rung up as a Veggie Delite, which ended up costing more than the advertised special. I was surprised that removing the protein increased the price, and I wish the price change had been explained before I completed my order.
The owner was present and was not very pleasant when I asked about the pricing, which added to the disappointing experience. I understand that stores have policies regarding promotions and menu items, but clear communication and courteous customer service would have made the situation much better. Had I known about the price change in advance, I could have made a different decision about my order.

Pete the manager at store 1056 has no idea what good customer service is. (He looked like he was of Indian descent, not Native, and the reason I bring that up is because he didn't have a name tag and I just want to describe him in case that wasn't his name since I told him I was going to give him a bad review)
All I wanted was a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, so I went on the app to take advantage of their buy one get one deal but the app (which is not very good, its very glitchy) was showing that chicken bacon ranch sandwiches were out of stock. When I asked him about it he said it was a glitch. So I ordered two of the honey mustard BBQ chicken sandwiches and I asked him if he would be able to substitute the chicken bacon ranch for one of them since the app was having a glitch to which I showed him and he just straight out refused. All he did was make excuses why he wouldn't. I even said I would pay the difference and he still refused. I don't know whatever happened to customer service in this world but making the customer hsppy is not a thing anymore.
Just terrible. Thanks for ruining my experience and not making the me happy. I promise I will not be back. I hope the dollar difference that he wouldn't charge me for is worth this review from lvl 7 reviewer. I hope one day we can get back to where we do what we have to to make things right with the customer. I mean we are literally talking about a dollar difference.
I have held manager positions at multiple food establishments and I would never be a Pete in my life.
Be better.
