  Went to add a line to my plan and got the pleasure to meet Myra, the Cricket employee. I have to say that was the most pleasurable customer service experience I've had in a long time. She was extremely knowledge, helpful friendly and professional. I've had Cricket for close to 20 years now and have been in stores from Texas to Florida in numerous occasions and Myra is the absolute best. Not to mention she got us taken care of with new phone activated and out the door faster than I've ever been in any store. Cricket should recognize her. I will continue to refer people to Cricket and I'll tell them to see any of the ladies there that I've dealt with but Myra stuck out.
