I have been a customer with Cricket for years now and have had nothing but great service!! Myra, store manager, is the absolute best!! She was very persistent on getting my issue fixed and was able to deal with customer/tech service with professionalism and made my day!!!

The heavy set black lady that is working right now at 6 :30 pm on Sept 19 2026 is a rude disrespectful person lies kicks you out the store says you have to change your phone plan to get a new phone for a active plan will no allow you to speak nor ask about getting a phone else where and putting your chip in it. This is the worst and most disgusting behavior out of a person that works in customer service she doesn’t need to be in any form dealing with customers. I would not recommend going to cricket on hwy 29. The only reason she lied and said we had to change plans is due to the fact we are grandfathered in on our plan that would cost me 160 now for 4 lines and I have 5 lines for 125!
