I came up to store employees was nice and friendly but I went to metro pcs and bought a new phone and they wasn't able to cancel my number because there was a port out issue which I feel like Mr Roger should have never ported out my number with out us making a sale or with out my authorization. This situation was taking care of but I will not return to this location. He also tried to sale me a video game which doesn't have anything to do with the business!

Roger is the man. Easily the most helpful tech guy. Period. If you want someone competent, go to this store and look for Roger.

Getting too greedy with in store payments. How do you treat long time customers or any customers the way you do...by charging them $4 to pay their bill? From $3 to $4. Greedy greedy greedy greedy. Taking advantage of people who make your company successful. We can make you change if we all go to Metro PCS for one year. Im sure cricket will then offer 5 lines for $5. Keep being greedy...your day will come. Lights out.
