  We had a wonderful experience because of Chris, she was absolutely phenomenal!!! previous visits we would be there for a few hours, but even with 4 people in front of us in line, she assisted with all customers and got us finished within an hour! She is truly remarkable.

  KRIS AND KIM ARE AMAZING AND THEY TAKE PRIDE IN ACTUALLY BEING ABLE TO HELP PEOPLE!!! I went to cricket branch in Mary Esther, FL and it was a night mare from hell. I was gaslighted and mocked. I just knew the information the lady was giving me was incorrect but I had no way to prove it. So I left still confused/crying and called this store in Pensacola, FL an got connected with a wonderful representative named Kris who reassured me that if I was willing to make the hour drive she would be able to help me fix my problem. Sure enough when I arrived I was immediately helped by Kris and her coworker Kim (who might I add is phenomenal too)! They both worked together to help me retrieve my phone number I’ve had for years. Every problem we bumped into they were able to work together and come up with a resolution instead of an excuse. Together with their knowledge and willingness to help people I left a satisfied customer again.

  Kimberly tried to assist me said what I wanted was against store policy even though I have been with the company for several years and been to multiple stores who have helped me. I went to customer service support on the phone and was able to manage my plan from there with another gentleman. When we came in the store, there was no one up front and Kimberly had to come out from the back to assist me. It sounded like I was interrupting something.

  Absolutely the best customer service. Didn't catch her name but she was very helpful. I hope she enjoyed the pizza bites!

  Worst service and they lost a long time customer. They honestly don't care that is what is wrong with these companies. I've had loyalty to them but at the end of the day it doesn't mean anything.
