  My wife and I stopped in to buy refrigerant for our son's car. We found what we needed right away and were simply deciding which size container to purchase when an employee approached and asked if we needed assistance. I thanked her and explained that we were just comparing sizes. After that, however, she continued standing very close behind us and watching us while we made our decision. It gave me the impression that she suspected us of doing something wrong, which made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated. I asked her if she thought we were stealing and she replied "what do you think" I understand that employees need to be attentive and prevent theft, but the way this situation was handled made for an unpleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, I do not plan to return.

  Mike, the manager is a very straightforward and helpful person. I had some questions and he took extra time to explain everything to me. I bought a starter after having issues with the last 3. He tested it for me and all around a great person!
