  Came in for stuff to change my license plate and remove a terribly rusted screw. One of the guys behind the counter came out to help and had the rusted screw out in a minute. They were so kind and helpful! I'd definitely come here again for anything with my car.

  I just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful experience today at advanced auto parts on gulfbeach, highway ,Pensacola. Mrs Lisa rang me up and was so pleasant and kind .and Elliot installed my battery for me . Elliot explained everything I needed to know and was very help in answering all my questions I had and I truly appreciate that.it was over 100 degrees out and he was still smiling and making me laugh!! I had been very stressed out about that battery and mr Elliot made me realize life's too short to worry about such small things , he actually told me that .I left with a brand new battery, peace of mind and a smile on my face for the rest of the day. Being kind goes a long way in life . Thankyou both again.

  My car battery died while I was on a road trip, so I came here to buy a replacement. Sadly, the person at the front counter was very rude and did not want to help me find the right size for my vehicle. I ended up waiting in line for almost twenty minutes just for them to tell me they were completely out of stock. It was a super frustrating experience when I was already stressed about my car breaking down.
