  Didn't realize "open late" means we aren't taking any more orders 40 minutes before closing time. Don't advertise that your establishment closes at 2am but can't take orders at 1:20am. You may as well close at 1am like the rest of the locations in the area do. I understand coming in like 5 minutes before closing. But 40 is a different story.

  Manager on day shift on 07/20/26 refused to give me a water cup after ordering a 22 dollar meal. "We don't have water cups" was his response which is the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard. Dont put incompetent humans as managers, if theyre overseeing operations at the bare minimum they should be able to solve a simplistic problem such as this. Won't be coming back.

  One of the worst wing stops I ever been to. For starters the manager and assistant manager don’t speak proper English. Food was horrible. I was told by the assistant manager to bring it back once my son gets there the manger tells him they not exchanging the food. I had to get out of bed in go up there to argue with the both of them and threatened to call the police for my $95 refund. Save yourself do not order from this place.

  I called to place my order and stressed that the wings be cooked well done. I stressed PLEASE WELL DONE. it was raining I had work to do so did not have time to cook dinner. I got home and much to my disappointment the wings were NIT WELL DONE BUT UNDER COOKED. When I had to drive back in the rain to return my order, they were not apologetic and author nothing for my trouble. Find another wing stop Avoid the Pembroke Pines Pines Blvd ( next to Costco) location!!! 7i wish I could give zero stars

  Seemed like the same issue at this place where orders are supposed to be ready and theyre not. Then they got people waiting 30+ minutes. Either get people to work faster or put the right estimate on your website so people arent wasting their time.
