  Very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially from an employee named Camila. The staff was inefficient, dismissive, and treated customers with disrespect. I waited for over 30 minutes only to end up not being helped at all. No communication, no apology, and no consideration for people’s time. Businesses like this should have better supervision and accountability for the way customers are treated. I will definitely be looking into whether there is a regulatory department or corporate office where these situations can be formally reported, because this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.

  They are never opened at the time they advertise. They should be there ready to serve customers , hire employees to manage those hours or change their hours of operation.

  I hope this is the right UPS. I'm writing about the wonderful service I received at the UPS on Flamingo Road near Pines Blvd. I had several packages to be returned. It took two times to get them all processed. Both times, I dealt with a different young woman. They were both professional, informative, looked me in the eyes, and made me feel good about the experience. There are a lot of indifferent young people in the workplace now who cause nothing but grief when dealt with. But these two young women had a beautiful, old-fashioned work ethic. It was nice, indeed. Give them a raise, UPS!

  I want to this store in the morning and was greeted by a young gentleman named Adrian. Only one working He spoke exceptionally well mannered as well as helped me with my drop off Amazon packages. he was very kind and respectful by 100% recommend this place.

  It’s 9:54 on a Friday morning and no one is here…despite the listing being they open at 8am…when they are here the workers are about as apathetic as they come. It’s not the first time either, I’ve come here before 15 prior to closing only to find everything locked up and the lights out…whoever owns this location needs to have a talk with the workers running the day to day operation
