  Dropped of my package with a prepaid return lable. It was a phone trade in. Phone never made it back to my cellphone provider. Seems that it might of been stolen by the employee at this location.

  Website claims at the store opens at 8 AM. I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes and the store is not open. It’s really inconvenient to be late for work because I was under the impression that the store was gonna be open at 8 o’clock. Please change your store hours for me and everybody else who had to wait outside.

  Arrived at 6:20 with a large package I need to ship. I was told they couldn’t not help me because I couldn’t pay for a shipping label as they already had closed their registers. I thought this was a store dedicated to printing and shipping? Had to go to another location.
