  Una atención realmente pésima. El personal fue poco amable y mostró muy poca disposición para ayudar. Lo mínimo que uno espera al acudir a un lugar de servicio es recibir un trato respetuoso, cordial y profesional. UPS, por favor, presten más atención a la capacitación y selección de su personal. Los clientes llegamos con educación, sonreímos y tratamos a los empleados con amabilidad; esperamos recibir, como mínimo, el mismo trato. Una sonrisa, una buena actitud y un pequeño esfuerzo por ayudar pueden cambiar completamente la experiencia de un cliente. Lamentablemente, esta vez mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante.

  Love this store, there once a month and they take care of me every time. Even when it’s packed the service is fast Gotta love The UPS. #awesomestaff

  I then received notifications from AT&T that they had not received the device for weeks after that. I returned to the store on 6/30 to speak to someone in person and they said well if you brought it here then it will make it there because they have to wait a couple of weeks before sending it out. I have her the number of the barcode of the device. She went to the back to check if it was there and said that it wasn't. I asked her if there was any way to track where the device was, she replied no. I asked her how do they notify AT&T to let them know it has been returned to the store, she did not respond. Instead she asked me if I kept my receipt. I have now been charged $150, thanks to these people not doing their job and In the process blamed me for not having a receipt. Update: I called the store again and this time I spoke to a manager that was helpful. She was not dismissive and gave me information on who to reach out to. They did send out the device 2 weeks later which was why ATT had not received it but it was explained to me that they wait to receive multiple modems in order to ship them out, which is understandable. I explained to the store owner that in the future I would hope that they discuss the possible delay with customers so that this does not happen again. I’m sure this place is fine otherwise for your shipping needs.
