  Today I had a wonderful experience inside the Pembroke Pines UPS store. I was in need of a notary and some witnesses. First let me thank Crystal for her services. She not only tended to my needs but helped the other patrons as well. Then we have Natasha who was my notary. Natasha was so professional and her willingness to be a kind person was welcomed. These two UPS employees deserve a lot of praise. Thank you ladies for being kind human beings. You have my business moving forward even though you folks are out of my way. Last but not least, Michelle who was the customer in the store with me. Bravo! These 3 ladies made my day! Thank you!

  The HighSchool aged employees don’t acknowledge you when you enter the store, lack professionalism, & refuse to mail items to PO Box addresses. Find a location that has professional & adult individuals employed there..
