  Extremely disappointing experience at this location. My friend sent me an 8x10 photo and accidentally used this UPS Store’s address because he reused the address I had previously used when mailing something to him. The photo ended up being held at this location, and I was charged an absurd $20 “storage fee” for a single envelope that had been there for only a few hours. Anyone would likely agree that $20 is completely unreasonable and feels like nothing more than an excessive fee for a simple mistake. Again, this is an ENVELOPE! I understand having policies in place, but there should be some common sense and reasonable discretion when dealing with something as small as a postcard. Charging $20 for a few hours is ridiculous. Very poor customer experience. I will absolutely AVOID this location in the future and would not recommend it to anyone.

  One young man there is very rude, poor customer service, acts as if he is doing the customer a big favor by simply doing his job, the older men and young lady that work there are pleasant but the one young rude man ruins the customer experience for me at this location, taking my business to the UPS further east on Pines Blvd

  This is one the best UPS stores. I find it quicker than the other ones around. Raquel behind the counter, is extremely nice, has great customer service and an excellent employee.
