  This is my favorite UPS location. I stop here often for my Amazon returns. The staff is friendly and doesn't make me feel like I am inconveniencing them. So I made a point to arrive before 4pm on a Saturday, being very familiar with their weekend hours. I arrived at 3:53pm and the door was locked and lights off. I saw another client coming with their Amazon returns with the same intention also need to turn back around. I can understand emergencies can occur- we are only human and there isn't a ton of staff covering the location, but a note on the door would have been nice.

  I drove all the way to the store. The hours of operation on Saturday its until 4 PM. At 2:30 the door was closed. Don’t waste your time please update your hours online

  So many other locations to pick from please skip this one. The worst customer service ever!!!! Have no manners whatsoever. I’ve worked in CS over 30 yrs this is the lowest of the low. Please train your staff.

  I went here to drop off my Amazon shipments that had big boxes but the store did not have a dolly or hand truck. Most of the stores have them in store. Had to go to another store.

  This is a shipping store. There should be someone willing and able to help with large/heavy packages. Instead, I got a deer in the headlights and a blatant “no”, end of interaction.
