Absolutely unacceptable and humiliating experience. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I attempted to order a simple sandwich and was refused service for calmly explaining how I wanted it prepared. The employee was rude, impatient, and openly hostile from the start. With only mayo on the sandwich, he threw it away, told me to “go somewhere else,” and physically removed me from the establishment.
This employee made it very clear he had no interest in doing the job he is paid to do. Not only was I disrespected, but my lunch break was completely wasted after being led to believe I would be served. The disrespect shown was unacceptable, and this kind of behavior should not be tolerated or ignored by corporate/higher ups. I would strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and reflects extremely poorly on management.
Businesses like this survive on customers, yet this establishment seems comfortable allowing employees to mistreat and dismiss them. Until serious disciplinary action and retraining occur, I would strongly warn others to avoid this place entirely.
