  I was helped by the beautiful Sammie! I’m not a review type of person but I had to make one especially for her. Sammie was extremely helpful with my package and getting me set up and explaining everything to me after I asked the same question multiple times her level of professionalism is top tier! While she was helping me an irate female customer came in and was extremely rude to Sammie but patiently she maintained professionalism guiding her where she needed to go and answering her questions. I was surprised she kept her composure because the way the female customer was treating Sammie was absolutely unacceptable and no one would have had the patience that Sammie had. I will continue to come to this location as long as Sammie is there! She’s awesome! Thankyou so much for helping me get my package out and helping all those around you! She deserves a raise! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

  Unfortunately I’m stuck going here but I’ll stick to self service. I was hoping to get something laminated but in a different print size but I was just rushed out of there. I decided not to get what I needed done because I really just wanted to leave after quietly listening to the workers gossip 😭😭😭 at least it’s printed and cut… sorry for showing up?! Damn

  The team is currently closing before the hours. They turn on the sign that says sorry we’re closed well before the store closing posted hours. Imagine how much business you’re costing fedex? Cause I the went to go ship with another carrier

  I had a great experience at this FedEx location thanks to one of their team members, Melissa (yes, we share the same name!). I needed several documents printed and organized on a tight timeline for an important meeting, and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the initiative to call and ask clarifying questions to ensure she was following my instructions accurately—and the final product turned out exactly as I needed. Her professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this location for any printing or copying needs!
