Staff is super professional and polite. Every question I ask they have the answer and it's always delivered with courtesy and kindness. I do printing here as well as shipping and I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Kindness begets kindness so don't bring a bad attitude into the store. They work hard and do not have the time to entertain nonsense.

My first time using FedEx to print. I needed several booklets printed for a funeral of my loved one. I was already overwhelmed with all the last minute details. Crystal greeted me with a warm smile and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. She assisted me in printing a copy to make sure it looked exactly how I wanted it, while working on other orders. She took the weight off my shoulders by going above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and unburdened. When I left the store, I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Crystal was a pleasure to work with. I hope FedEx understands the value she brings to the company. She's a rare gem to find these days. Especially, when it feels like most businesses have neglected the importance of quality customer service and satisfaction. Thanks Crystal for being so kind.
