  Excellent customer service from Ashley and Lisandra! The transfer process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Both ladies were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure both phones were set up correctly. Very happy with my experience.

  It was a wonderful experience, Ashley went far and beyond to explain my phone and give me the best deal possible. Ashley spent at least 3 hrs making me comfortable, because of my past horrendous experiences with other cell companies also i explained that my identity was misused by my family. So she was very thorough in making me feel well pertected with cricket and if I ever had to come back, which was a few times for something I wasn't comfortable with what my phone was doing she guided me through my troubles. Ashley is one of the best customer service representatives that I've dealt with in at least ten years. I would recommend her to run cooperate areas if it was my choice. You have an excellent employee that is passionate and truly cares about customers, I truly mean that.. It was such a pleasurable experience.. Thank you, Jeffrey.
