  Dawn is more about trying to make the customer feel stupid than doing her job or customer service. I took in an Amazon return that was one product but consisted of 6 separate pieces in a box. The product came in that product box and was shipped to me inside another shipping box. Because the return said "no box no label" she dressed me down for bringing it in a box. It wasn't in a shipping box, it was in the product box that held all the pieces, which my return process had me confirm that it WAS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING not the Amazon box. In front of the whole store Dawn was rude, repeatedly telling me I was wrong for bringing it in the product box because it says no box no label. That means no shipping box, not the product box. She said she would unbox it and show me how to do it properly, like I was a child. I kept trying to tell her that was the product box and there were 6 separate pieces inside and she was removing the items from the product box. Dawn is clearly a know-it-all and the customer is always a moron so she proceeded to take it out of the product box to put the pieces in a bag. I know what no box no label means. It doesn't mean to take everything out of the product box. It means no shipping box. You put the product box in the return bag with the label. You don't remove all the pieces and throw them randomly into a bag where they can easily fall out when it's only closed unsecured with the return label. The product box was also the only container that had the identification text and bar code for what the product was to scan it back in upon return. Since she had already given me my receipt and was being very rude I didn't wait for her to pull all the pieces out of the box. I just walked out. Now I guess I wait for Amazon to give me a hard time about my return for it not being in the product box when I confirmed it was. Dawn needs to be trained on the difference between the product box and a shipping box AND on how to treat people when you work in a customer facing job. In the future if she's the only person who is available I will return another time or go to the Moccasin Wallow store.

  I have been going to the UPS Store in Parrish, Florida for 14 years and have been very happy with them. They are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend UPS Store in Parrish Florida.
