  Walk in around 11AM. Store was dirty. Only one person and she was doing online orders first and the she took my order. Ice machine only gave me a couple of cubes and they came out dirty which it means the machine hans’t been clean in years. The fountains drink machine area was dirty. All the condiment area was dirty looks like they left them there overnight and all mixed up with other condiments. Cookies were left there from last day they close & they didn’t look fresh. Customer service was not there. This store needs new staff or is better to close.

  I usually don’t take time for reviews but this subway is the second time my online order as a rewards member is wrong, I called and they want me to go back to redo it again correctly, but who wants to go back and drive back 15-20 minutes hungry for that, they don’t returned my money and they can’t even garante next day someone will help me, When I asked for the supervisor or manager they said they don’t have any, how come? Who hired this kids? Is ashamed since around here we still don’t have many options to eat.

  I’ve already ordered a specific type of bread 4 times and they ALWAYS end up somehow putting it on my partner’s sandwich, it’s so annoying

  What a horrible experience with sandwic maker who clearly hates her job or people in general. She should not work in customer service nor taking customers orders as she clearly hates both. Attention management!! Put her in a different place away from customers because she's making customers feel unwelcome and doesn't make us want to come back to spend the $40 that we could have spent elsewhere. Here's a picture of today's horrible experience.
