  I mailed a package out of this store on July 2, 2026. It was supposed to be delivered on July 6, 2026. There had been absolutely no movement on my package until today, 7/18/2026. I filed a claim for a lost package on 7/14/2026. I had called the customer service people and was told my package had been lost. I think maybe it never got put on a truck. Today, after 16 days there was finally an update. It is finally in the state I mailed it to. I think after this experience I will be using the post office from now on.

  Customer service good, but lacking information. I went in for a return shipment and needing a label printed also. After the label was printed and affixed to the box, I was charged over $2 for the label. My problem is I should have been told before not after there was going to be a charge and the amount. Beware.

  Sol was absolutely amazing. I showed up right when it opened and she got almost 10 customers all at once and handled it with professionalism. As a business owner and someone who worked in retail for 6+ years, I would hire her any day of the week. Deserves a raise in my eyes.
