  The owner made a huge deal when I asked for my son's sandwich toasted said he couldn't modify the online orders. I told him there is no option to have kids sandwich toasted online and he told me to refund my order he wouldn't do it.(edit the sandwich came out toasted so I bumped review to 3) This place has became a joke since he took over. Save your money. I counted 7 flies when I was in here. The owner also wouldn't let me use physical coupons ive been getting mailed to my house for years and have been using but I can use same coupons on online order for this store and still get it for cheaper that way!

  Friendly service. There was a small line with only one sandwich maker when we visited. We expected a long wait, but our sandwiches were made quickly and accurately.

  That was the weirdest encounter at a fast food restaurant ever. Walked into a silent room, no hello, no one looked up, we waited for 5mns for any acknowledgment and left. So weird.

  Guy was extremely rude i watched him be rude to several customers before he was rude to me as well as his employee, completely refused to toast my sandwich because it “doesn’t come toasted” and refused to not put jalapeños on the 8 year olds order in front of me because the lady said she wanted a “spicy italian”. When i came in the store was empty he did not bother to greet me or even look up from his task to acknowledge me for over 10 minutes and when i asked if i could use my coupon in store( the coupon said i could) he yelled at me said i had to place the order online and then made me wait 40 minutes for my online order that he knew was mine. The facilities were unkept and several other people complained about how horrible he was.
