  We just ordered 30.00$ worth of food. And nothing was toasted. No sauce on sandwiches. Paid for bacon didn’t get it. But employees were definitely outs smoking outside when we pulled up.Cold chicken!! Definitely will go to Publix next time!

  Honestly very disappointed with this location. I placed a pickup order for 10:30pm and they canceled it, I tried calling the store but it's like the phone number provided NEVER works. I went up there to see why and the excuse was their system for online orders shuts off at 10pm. Well I've never had this issue before until tonight and was always able to pickup my order after 10:30pm which is the time online orders actually shuts off, not at 10pm.

  Some days, with the proper employees, it runs smoothly. If there are 2 people working, one is always just taking online orders and not stopping to assist when the line gets long. Someone needs to be able to multi task and care about the job. I would not recommend, unless you go inside and wait for who knows how long but at least you can watch it being made.

  I have placed online orders a lot. And in the evening there is always one employee and one coming in late. The other employee will confront her in front of the Customers. Our order was supposed to be ready at 4:40 and it’s well 5:03pm and still no order and one employee.
