  Got to the drive thru, was asked to wait because of a line in the store. Was patient for 25 mins thinking “okay they must be busy or maybe folks put in larger orders.” I ask “should I just come in?” The response was “I’m gonna be completely honest, I forgot you were out there. Can I take your order?” I left out of frustration having wasted my lunch break. Pretty wack location.

  You should always serve in restaurant customers first! They do online or call in orders leaving customers lined up in long lines while doing call in orders. You shouldn't let a line form inside the restaurant it's bad service and can cause customers to get angry or disrespectful to employees and others inside. They have people behind counter making personal food with very short shorts and tank tops on. You want happy customers and return customers always put them first. Service is always slow and always out of something from their menus. I don't recommend the subway in front of grocery outlet in Callaway FL....

  Worst Subway ever the cashier that was taking our order was cussing and complaining something about the stuff didn't get put way from the truck and customer service was horrible I visited them on 3/7/2026
