  I tell her teriyaki chicken and she gives me regular chicken I asked for a footlong she gives me a 6 in my husband asked for a footlong gives him a 6-inch not once communicated with us very disappointed. She put for olives on there and I asked her to put extra she puts three. Wow this place sucks .... Never will go back .... Need to train your staff to communicate with customers.

  Stood in line 20 minutes, placed my order , they fixed my food and went to pay and refused to take a card, even when the other customers paid with a card before me, I asked why they said the system was down. Said cash only! 80.00 in food, I told them I had no cash on me and they said sorry, cash only! I was confused so I walked out side made a call& watched them let the guy behind me pay with a card for one sandwich, I feel like they where being disrespectful and dishonest! I walked back in to pay and she told me cash only sir! I politely told her to toss my food in the trash can and I left, two girl’s working at this location. I’ll never go back! Period!

  Don't go to this Subway. I tried to get 6.99 sub deal offered on the app. I was unsure how to use app and asked the only person there her name was Ty, that if it did not go thru properly if it could be canceled. It went thru at 14.03. I asked her to refund it. She said no. I said go ahead and make my sandwich and I would get with management Monday about a refund. She refused to make my sandwich, give me my receipt or my refund. I had to call the police. Police got me my receipt, said Ty would make my sandwich. I said I did not want the sandwich (I was afraid of what she would do to it after that). I filed a police report and filed a complaint with Subway corruption, no response from corruption. I did dispute the charge with my credit card and they got confirmation that I had not received my sandwich and issued a refund. Just FYI, I like Subway sandwiches and eat at Subway often, I used the app one time before and had no issues (it was at a different location). I enjoy Subway just not this location.
