Listen I'm not normally one to complain I normally let things go it's not even worth going through all of this for but that was literally the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life My entire life The bread was extremely stale what happened to freshness I paid for extra cheese and I did not receive it My order is literally just meat cheese and some sauce that's it you had one job I order Subway often I am a big fan of Subway I order it at least three or four times a week I will not be ordering for a while that was the most pathetic sandwich you could have made you had literally one job it's not like I had everything ordered on it they was just meat cheese and sauce that was it I paid for extra cheese did not receive it The bread was a stillest I've ever seen in my life you put no teriyaki sauce on a chicken teriyaki sauce and what's worse is that I like extra sauce and I spent 20 minutes trying to get them to answer the phone so that I can tell them like I do every time I order there explain the cheese that I paid extra and how I wanted it and the extra sauce that I do every time this time 20 minutes all they did was pick up the phone and hang it up I am so disappointed and I will not I will be changing my preferences on takeout because it will not be subway from here on out I am so 😡 mad

Horrible experience. The girl was mopping when I walked in, which is fine but after I walked up to the order counter and waited about 2-3 min I said is anyone else working? She said no, just me, mopped a few more seconds then put the mop to the side and came to tar my order. All this would have been fine but she was rude about it like I interrupted her mopping. All she had to do was say I’m sorry ma’am please give me a min, I’m by myself today. But then came the time to order my sandwiches. I ordered the first one and when it was being toasted I said I also need a foot long steak. She huffed and said, well is there any after this one! I said no this is it and she goes, well, next time tell me how many to start with! In a snarky tone. I mean what happened to good customer service. The entire time I was there I felt like I want inconveniencing her!

The employees that work here are amazing. I have a Subway near my house, but I will drive to this one every time I crave a sandwich. My son and I were recently at this location when an older woman walked in with a question about an online deal, and the employee patiently walked her through the process of signing up for the app, even though he was clearly busy. I've had similar experiences with other employees here, and they all seem to genuinely care about the customers and the quality of their product.
