  Staff were very professional and answered my questions I had regarding my package I was shipping. I was in and out of the facility in just a few minutes. Would highly recommend.

  Paid for 2 day delivery for a phone which needs a signature. I see the package got to the facility at 7:33 AM. Tracking claimed the package should be here between 9:40 AM-1:40 PM. Nothing. Then they claimed the package would arrive before 5 PM. Nope. I was hoping against all hope it will get here before the cut off of 8 PM. Of course not. This is unreliable FedEx! Not the first time this has happened with them. Wasted the whole day waiting. Today, I can't wait around and will probably have to pick up the package at the facility because I won't be around to sign for it. More days will go by without a reliable source of communication, as my other phone will be cut off today. FedEx deserves zero stars, if you ask me.

  This location is the worst I have ever seen. I have continuously lived at 1306 W 13th Street and the drivers continuously deliver the packages to 1306 Fairy Avenue. In order to get to Fairy Avenue they must turn off 13th Street in order to get to the incorrect address. I have been on the phone all day trying to figure out how to get the package redelivered and FedEx gave no explanation as to how or when they would go to the incorrect address to pick up the item. The item was really large as it was a bed, and my daughter had to drive down there and try to load the 100+ lb package in her car with her weighing less than 120 lbs. Fedex has not done anything to correct this issue.

  It's pretty hidden from the main road and Google maps doesn't give the correct directions for now. They seem to new to the area. The signs on the road helped to find the correct location.

  Driver didn't deliver at my door. He gave it to a lady that was outside the building and my 82 year old husband has to go asking neighbors if they seen our package. Not the 1st time this has happened!!!
