  I went to deliver 3 packages that they left at my house by mistake, they told me they couldn’t pick them up and they gave me an address from another office 10 miles away so I could deliver them. I didn’t go, I called and they scheduled a pick-up at my door, because it’s not my responsibility. But how is it possible that in this office they can’t give a better answer or take charge of the situation and not tell a customer to drive 10 miles for a mistake, tell them or another client of yours? Not mine.
