  Michael was at the store Monday morning upon opening just as he told me he would be Saturday when I called. I was inquiring about International traveling. Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with the best plan for my individual needs. He was personable, professional and friendly.

  I needed help upgrading a new phone and fully expected having to wait for assistance. When I arrived at the store in 23rd street, no other customers were in store and Hollie was able to assist me right away. She explained what the issue was and had my phone back in service within minutes. Thank you so much!!

  Bought a phone case here and it broke after 4 days. The store refused to replace it and told me to file a warranty claim instead. Pretty ridiculous to make customers jump through hoops for something that failed almost immediately.
