  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was on vacation and had to buy a new phone. The young man was so helpful BUT once I got home I realized my phone had a pass code set up that I did not put on it. Long story short..went back the next day and the young lady that was also the manager spent a full hour working on my phone. She was not going to give up and thank the good lord she didn't. She got in my phone and all is good!! She was so professional and helpful!!!

  I've been with Cricket since February of this year. I've never had any trouble with them. They have great customer service. Cat the manager does a great job

  Get store great service the girl helped us a lot wish I could remember her name.But I say if you want great service go to see them.

  Bought new phone and a $30 clip on style case. It broke same day. Returned to store and was told there is no warranty on cases. They did offer to SELL ME another one just like the broke one. Ummm...my bill out the door was over $300 . they wont get another nickel of my cash money. Ridiculous!!!
