Last Tuesday I decided I would pay a visit to my local parts house as one does. I was in need of a part and was unsure of what that specific part was called. I spoke to two different men, both of them were extremely rude by the way, and seemingly more clueless than I was even though they get paid to do this. After im assuming around 20 minutes of being told the wrong information (I know it was wrong because I followed the information to a dead end) I decided to attempt to figure it out myself. While wondering aimlessly through the store I was approached by a female who asked if I had been helped or if I needed any help (at this time she was the only employee to even offer any extension of help for a lost customer) and I explained my situation with a bit of frustration ill admit, she was completely understanding and helpful. Calming the situation in a matter of minutes. In such a short span of time she had found a solution to a problem that the first two employees had only made worse. I went from anxious and angry to happy and satisfied. I made my purchase and left with a smile on my face thanks to this young lady. She definitely deserves more than whatever she is being paid. Thank you to whatever your name is, Mrs Young lady.

this place is horrible. I walked in there to purchase a cabin filter and an air filter for my 2021 Toyota and the guy wouldn’t even get off the computer to talk to me to be able to find the product because it wasn’t out on the shelves really poor customer service. after 20 minutes of this abuse decided to go somewhere else.

Both this store and the Advance on US 98 list a basic air filter in stock but when you get there they only have the premium version for 3 x the price. It is clear that Advance is doing this on purpose to get you in the store and sell more expensive items.
