  Asked the guy working to scan my car with the code reader to see what the problem was and the old man that did it acted like he didn't even want to help me nor did he care to help me after asking and asking him to help me he had a attitude the whole time and I asked him to print out the codes and he said he couldn't..

  It's sad that you're employees are so lazy that the old man with a gray beard that works there was rude really looks like he hates his job and doesn't want to help nobody he didn't want to walk over and help me all he did was complain remember the people that work for your company are the faces of the company train your employees I know life sucks but keep that s*** at home because hey it's a job that pays your bills just saying have a wonderful day

  The Manager at Advanced Auto went above and beyond for me one rainy afternoon! I was drenched and I had a back brake light out in a friend's car. To avoid a ticket I went to advanced! This guy was happy,helpful and genuinely concerned I get the right brake light. He hooked me up using my fetch points and it only cost me $3 bucks! Happy Customer!! Thanks Advanced Auto Parts! 🙏🙌🧡

  Purchased a new battery for my motorcycle to replace a very old one. Put the new one in and drove a few miles and the bike stopped running. Not going tell the whole story but the battery was bad and they wouldn't take it back. Manager said nothing they could do to help me... Out a $140 bucks. Die hard gold....
