  Worst UPS store ever. The girl who waited on us was rude. Had a black and white paper printed from an email. They charged $3.00. $2.50 was because we emailed them the paper to copy. Down the road at another UPS a week ago did the same thing and was charged .21 cents. And they wouldn’t take the money. Said it was all ok.

  When I got the box over year ago, I was sold the impression that service at the UPS store would be included in box. Well now that I need to use services like scanning in an email I was told by Keith that only notary is free and all other services has to be paid for. I had to pay $4.75 a page for an email to be scanned to me. I was told to direct the issue to the owner, so I am highly disappointed Jo Ann Peak!

  Man at the front with the glasses was extremely rude and condescending to me when I came in about 10 minutes ago. Kept telling me to read the first sentence on the label instead of rather just telling me I was at the wrong place. I will NOT be back here again.
