  Keith didn’t understand anything I was saying and made me out to be the problem. I filled out unnecessary forms over and over again because he thought I was a hotel even though I told him I wasn’t? And then he was going to have me walk out without paying and thought that the guest who is out of town would be paying? I never told him this at all. I’ve never had anyone at any UPS store misunderstand me so many times in a row or ever at all. English should be the primary language if this continues to be a problem, especially when he publicly tried to make it like I was terrible at communicating. Then he tried to make me pay $40 to ship it and when I told him online it says $14, he then found it for $14. I’m only giving 3 stars because this was my first time ever having this issue and hopefully the last. Otherwise, it’s always been a quick and easy experience here.

  Great place to send packages, make returns to Amazon and you can actually drop off regular usps mail, get stamps, or send a pkg via post office at this UPS store! How convenient is that!

  The worst ups to do service that guy Keith his customer sucks Move with no urgency no care lines super long with slow incompetent persons waited 48 mins with one person before me to get a notary seal Person leaving in frustration due to the long wait for slow inconsiderate agents
