  The ppl in the UPS on 8th Ave W Palmetto are very friendly. Also when applying for my passport, the young guy was patient with me when filling out the last pieces of information, that I really should of had done before arriving. Kathy, is always very helpful and respectful, thx! Thank you all for making this part of Palmetto a better place to do your business!

  Kathy and all the guys at this location make this UPS my favorite spot for all my shipping/mailing/copying needs. They always make a line feel like it flies by yet still have all the time in the world to help you with anything you need or answer any question you may have. I think the whole crew deserves a raise.

  I had a great experience. Kathy was a complete pleasure and went above and beyond helping me fax very important paperwork that I needed to arrive quickly she kept it organized, made sure I had the correct copies and was such a complete sweetheart. Her customer service alone made my visit worthwhile. I recommend to everyone using this location to make sure all of their shipping needs are met. thank you Kathy. Thank you so much Ray Wells.

  I had a fantastic experience at The UPS Store thanks to Kathy. She helped me process my Amazon return, ship out another order, and even set me up with email and SMS notifications so I can track my future packages. She was extremely nice and made the whole process smooth, easy, and pleasant. I highly recommend this location
