  I tried to drop off my package for a return with a QR code.They told me I couldn’t and had to pay for shipping equipment so I went to another ups store around the corner and they got it squared away for me and accepted my package with no complaints. Also read a couple reviews and it looks like I’m not the only one they wanted to make pay for shipping fees. It’s sound like a money grab.

  I was greeted promptly and treated curiously. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made my visit quick and easy.

  5 times in a row I go there with an amazon return and they refuse to accept it even though the object is in the original box from Amazon and in good shape. Instead they try to sell me a new box for $10-30. They look for a minuscule nick in the box and they say it cannot be shipped that way. Each time I leave and take it to another UPS store and they take it with no problems. This store on 69th Street sucks and is running s scam to make money. Never going there again.
