  One of the worst UPS locations out there. Will nickle and dime you anyway they can and there is always something wrong with the box you’re shipping something in. Avoid all all costs and use UPS stores that don’t need you to wear a tuxedo and use a gold plated box to ship items in.

  The workers here are rude and pmo. They also do that thing where they lie about your package measurement so that they can upcharge you later without your knowledge. I measure and weigh all my packages. They charged me 20$ more for supposedly being 1" longer on a box. I know this was fabricated. They are also not a real UPS. They are a third party company. They charge WAY too much for packing material also.

  Amazon sent me here to do a return and ups wouldn’t let me, tried to charge me $10! Edit: I posted this on multiple stores pages because both stores apparently have a policy to refuse Amazon returns unless we pay your ridiculous $10 up charge Don’t bother giving any UPS franchise store your business. They are all scammers.

  Every time I go in here I am blown away by how friendly, patient and efficient the staff are at this location. Thanks for making coming into UPS a pleasant experience!
