  I recently purchased a phone from Daniel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, honest, and professional. I’m really grateful for how easy Daniel made the whole process. You can tell he cares about his customers and stands behind what he sells. Definitely someone I’d buy from again. Highly recommended!

  Very bad customer service . Girl with short hair , glasses and tattoos is rude and disrespectful. I simply wanted to ask questions about the insurance on my phone purchased at this location. She dismissed my concerns and told me to contact the insurance company that it wasn’t her problem . The gentleman next her was very kind and tried to listen to my concerns . She kept acting very unprofessional and mumbling under her breath. I tried to ask about adding a line to my account and she continued to interrupt. When I told her that it wasn’t very good customer service she told me to get out of her store . When I asked for her name to report to corporate she said manager now get out . They just lost my business today . And all the lines I pay for my family members as well . Boost next door is cheaper and provides exceptional customer service .

  AMAZING customer service from Jocelyne! I came in upset because my phone was stolen so I needed a new one and she recommended me a new one & I love it. She was also able to recover my contacts, pictures, apps & everything!! Definitely suggest you guys coming to this store and look for Jocelyne.
