  I had a wonderful experience with this store.  Cheryl assisted me over the phone and provided outstanding customer service, she was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Trish helped me in the store and was equally professional, friendly, and attentive. The entire process was smooth, and the welcoming atmosphere made it a pleasure. I truly appreciate the excellent service I received and look forward to using their services again. Highly recommended!

  Trisha, Gina Marie, Cheryl, and Sebastian are excellent at what they do and are super fast and efficient! I ship multiple UPS packages 5 days a week and have been to many UPS locations from Largo to Palm Harbor and I have to say this location hands down is my favorite for many reasons. Customer service is top notch here!! A++++

  If you are shipping a "high value" box requiring insurance, I'd like to suggest you call this location first to ensure they will not require you to time your arrival to only while the UPS driver is at the store. The staff working at this location would not accept the box we were shipping since the driver was no longer there that day. The staff made it clear to us that only the UPS driver could now sign a document required via a new UPS procedure. We then drove to another store owned by a different franchisee and learned the driver signature component is required, but the driver *does not* have to be at the store precisely when you are dropping off your shipment. The driver will sign the next time they arrive at the location.

  Better experience than most UPS stores. Friendly and fast service. Even when you have to wait, you are greeted and acknowledged. Makes a big difference!
