  This is truly best UPS store I've ever been into… It has the most amazing customer service Joseph, Jennifer, Will , Ellie and Maeva are just the name of you. They are lall quick, friendly, very accommodating and knowledgeable.. Thank you all !

  WOW. Printing as good as anywhere. Easy to do, quick, and a lot less expensive than other places. Can do online easily also by merely sending an email. Jennifer and Cameron were very nice to work with.

  Just look at the reviews.This is the worst store of any kind that I’ve been in.I ship 50 to 60 boxes a week through another UPS store without ever having a problem.I have moved to Eastlake and I’m going to ship everything through USPS instead of using this store.

  Just left the store... Broker Creek location... Walked in about 10 after 3:00 pm... Three young ladies working in there... Not a customer insight but all three of them were working... Stocking shelves, offering help and all general pleasantries. Really dedicated young people, who were very knowledgeable and helped me with the service that I needed... I was in and out and about 5 minutes. What a pleasant experience thanks to these young ladies! You deserve the shout out! Thank you for all your help!
