  The two store attendants arrived late to open the store carpooled together. A heavy set hispanic female and thin caucasian male. Neither apologized for being late they said give us some time to open. Then slowly came up to the counter after telling me to come in. They are both unfriendly and move extremely slow even in previous experience when there was a line. When asked if they normally open late the male said yes. Just go to the UPS a couple mins down the rd- 30725 US-19, Palm Harbor, FL 34684. Then they sent me this text. Went straight to Spam. Unprofessional. My package had everything it needed to be returned. Your customers pay your pay check maybe friendlier. & I will personally make time to report this. 😊

  I'm glad that this store is convenient and helpful. Especially kaylyn went out of her way to help and very patient to the elderly. Its hard for us to use technology and she knows what she's doing. I would recommend this store to anyone I know .

  I went in today to return Amazon and was having trouble cause it wanted me to print shipping label. The girl at front was able to get my bar code and complete transaction in 2 minutes. There were a lot of people in line since it was lunch time , I told her she was wonderful. I’m a senior citizen and sometimes I need a little help. She and her co worker were fast, and friendly. Thank you . Great service.
