  I have been a cricket user for many years. I had to get a new phone and I went to my local Palm Coast Cricket store. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my Apple ID and Addley the Cricket agent was extremely patient with me. He helped me troubleshoot my issues and even went as far as calling Apple customer service to help me resolve my password issue. I had gone to another local store (not cricket) and was told that I would need to travel to Orlando or Jacksonville to an Apple Store to resolve my issue. This did not prove to be true and I am just so grateful for the amazing service I received! - signed Cricket user for Life! Of note.. Cricket Service is amazing . I have used it all over the world and never have problems getting messages , WiFi or calls.
