  Went in with my mom to get the Sunday 4.99 spicy Italian sandwich but my mom opted for it as a salad which they don’t have prices for it just says on the menu make any 6in into a salad just ask and they charged her 9 something and gave her a 6in portion of meat and cheese and when we asked about it the manager didn’t seem to understand what I was saying so I asked for the receipt back and said it’s fine we will just go and he got irritated and said you don’t like it you don’t have to come back and we said it’s okay we won’t and he got mad at us for that and said no you need to leave now we don’t need people like you don’t comeback as we were grabbing our stuff and leaving. This was insane cause we were extremely nice when ordering and they had a newbie still learning taking care of us and another staff member doing a catering order and the manager helping on the line with the newbie. It was a little hectic but we were patient. We just questioned the price of our food and wanted to understand and he got very hostile and yelled at us to leave after I told him we’re were just gonna go. I feel that was very uncalled for and probably made people dinning in uncomfortable as everyone was staring and trying to understand what happened cause it literally came out of nowhere and he was screaming and pointing over the counter as we were walking away. Terrible experience we haven’t been to a subway in 2 years and decided to stop in and based on today and the prices and food quality we definitely will not be going to this or any other subway again!

  This is probably the worst subway in awhile. Why is the portions are smaller than usual on other places. Barely any meats I got on it, even scooping the meat, throwing some of them back. Even the greens, barely any greens, 4-6 pieces of onions on both subs. I didn't want to make a scene but I can't see myself coming back here.

  The reason for this review is the fantastic customer service from the gentleman named Eli. He served my wife and I with a smile the entire time he was very professional and used a separate knife to cut each of our sandwiches so there wasn’t cross contamination which would surprise you how often employees don’t do that. We had left overs we couldn’t finish and went out of his way to wrap them for us smiling while he did it. We greatly appreciated the effort he put in which is uncommon nowadays so I wanted to leave this review to highlight our experience and hopefully this helps him get rewarded for great service. Thank you.
