    I just want to say that Austin at this UPS Store is incredibly friendly! Today, I went in to handle a situation regarding a pair of headphones I lost at a hotel, hoping they could ship my lost item back to me. My English isn’t very good and I wasn’t familiar with the process. He easily could have brushed me off, but instead, Austin was extremely helpful and patient the entire time. Thank you so much, Austin, for making my experience of recovering a lost item in the US so smooth!
