  Shipped box to NY.. JA helped me. This kid was on fire, it was him by himself, and had a line of people, he scanned people with returns while helping me and another gentleman, was on top of his game and kept the line moving. Most importantly, his attitude! Very pleasant and helpful to everyone. Make him employee of the month. I believe when we get crappy service he have to speak out, but when we get exceptional service also speak out. Thank you JAY (J) (JA). .. not sure how to spell it. Give this kid a raise. We want to keep people with such attitude and abilities (multi tasking) happy with compensation.

  Went there two days in a row and they cannot either print or access their own network because its down. Both times told to "go to Staples." UPS is a package delivery company and this is your own banch - if clients cant even print shipping labels but instead have to be told to "go to Staples" then shut this useless branch down. Plus UPS has the nickel and dime mindset and the gall to charge for printing of the shipping label. Fedex doesn't charge for that and their equipment always works. Corporate go fix your crap and change your nickel and dime policies or let your stock price along with your reputation go to 0.00
