  I have been a customer of this UPS Store for years, but after what I experienced, I will be taking my business elsewhere. During my visit, I witnessed employees openly gossiping about and mocking a customer who had just left the store. It seemed that the gentleman had some kind of issues as well with personnel because they not politely asked him to leave the store. When I politely pointed out that discussing customers in front of other customers was inappropriate and unprofessional, I was told that I could leave as well. I also asked to print a shipping label for me and Samantha told me that she supposes to charge me for shipping label but she will not. I answered that I insist to pay for service . I was told that I have to leave. Unbelievable unpleasant customer service. What was even more shocking was my attempt to address the issue with the store manager. When I called to provide feedback, the person identifying herself as the manager Samantha told me she was “not interested” and hung up the phone. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. A manager who refuses to listen to legitimate concerns sets a poor example for the entire staff. I sincerely hope the owner of this franchise becomes aware of how customers are being treated at this location.

  The grumpy old white man with glasses who was working on 6/4/2026 aka today should be fired and find a new career. Customer service isn’t for him.. the attitude that was given when I asked him a simple question was disgusting instead of helpful or happy or even a simple smile. SORRY for bothering you to do your job sir…. My soul cringes everytime I have to step foot in this UPS lol

  I've returned Amazon packages there twice. Both of those returns never made it back to Amazon. Thankfully they were inexpensive items, but still..The staff pretty much don't say a word to you when dropping off or picking up. I plan on finding a pack and mail elsewhere.

  UPS Store 4521 corner PGA/Military trail next to Cafe Chardonnay. I have mixed reviews for the store. Most of the employees deserve 5 star ratings. Never have I had a poor reception from any of them. However the “Boss” or politically correct “Manager “ CALVIN could use some guest service training. You know what we teach in the Hospitality industry as truthfully they are in the guest service industry whether they think so or not. Like recognition, eye contact, warm curtious greeting and smile. My issue is petty but an issue that bothered me enough to post.I always bring Amazon returns here because it’s conveniently close.Although it is not necessary I always tip whoever assists me. Sometimes $2 sometimes $3 occasionally $5. Just because. Actually I like to see people smile and that’s usually what I get along with maybe a short happy interaction from the offer. It’s something I’m sure doesn’t happen often. I know they have the self help drop area for Amazon but when I come in I want to do my thing . CALVIN though, with only one other patron in the store today rudely without greeting or eye contact insisted I use the self return and I explained I would prefer someone to assist me .He didn’t budge he walked from behind the cash register to get me to the self drop. However after telling him I prefer someone to assist me I had a $5 bill in my hand and I explained I like to tip employees for the assistance. That’s when I received eye contact and, his hand extended to accept the tip. I pulled it back as like I was kidding, but did give it to him. Along with admonishing him that all the other employees are great employees and never treated me as he did as a patron. It bothered me enough that after exiting the store I returned to ask him for his name. CALVIN it appears that you may benefit learning some guest service principles. It could benefit you greatly in the future.

  This must be THE most unhelpful, nasty UPS store in the US. I’ve been three times, each time receiving just terrible service. They hate their jobs, hate their customers and seem to see it as a competition as to who can be most rude. If you hate your job this much, go get another one. There are plenty other UPS stores around, avoid this one ….unless you’re a masochist.
